Recent design projects include the provision of building services design and documentation for the Aoraki Polytechnic Relocations – Dunedin, the Allpress Café & Roastery development, the Otago Polytechnic Creative Precinct development, Department of Conservation Cavell's Development – Queenstown – Greenstar Project and numerous Dunedin Hospital, Wakari Hospital and Otago University projects.


AirComm Commissioning Services Ltd is a separately owned and operated company which provides HVAC commissioning services. Recently commissioned projects in Dunedin include the new Agresearch Buildings at Invermay, University of Otago Psychology Building, Natural History New Zealand, Forsyth Barr Stadium, Kawarau Falls Development at Queenstown, Otago Prison at Milburn, along with out of town projects such as the Oamaru Opera House and the Queenstown Airport Redevelopment.
